BELL CREEK

The Bell Creek Project is a Carlin-Type gold exploration project situated west of Ridgeline’s Carlin-East Project on the prolific north Carlin Trend. The property is comprised of 1,300 acres (5km²) of private mineral rights directly adjacent to Nevada Gold Mines Ren-Banshee deposits as well as on trend of the multi-million ounce Goldstrike and Rodeo-Meikle deposits. In Q3 2020, Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) confirmed an ongoing drill program on the Ren-Banshee property at the Sinkhole Breccia target with deep drilling located within 250 m of the western margin of the Bell Creek boundary. In Q1, 2021 Ridgeline announced the signing of a 3 year surface access agreement with NGM allowing the Company access to the property via existing NGM access roads which are otherwise unavailable to the general public. This is a significant milestone for the project as it will allow the company to begin advancing exploration intiatives at Bell Creek in 2022.
