CHAD PETERS
PRESIDENT, CEO & DIRECTOR, P.GEO.
Chad is a professional geologist with over ten years of exploration and production experience in both the US and Canada. Prior to co-founding Ridgeline Minerals in 2018 Chad was a managing member of the Premier Gold Mines Ltd. exploration team responsible for the discovery of 10+ Moz. of gold. As Premier’s Nevada Exploration Manager he was directly responsible for the execution of multiple exploration projects and joint venture initiatives with companies such as Barrick, Newmont and Kinross Gold, forming lasting business relationships in the process. In 2015 he led a talented technical team that re-interpreted the McCoy-Cove structural model and proposed a new exploration target that led to the 2016 discovery of the CSD Gap deposit. The success of the CSD Gap discovery led to a high-grade 1.6 million ounce resource estimate in 2017 and subsequent joint venture with Barrick Gold in 2018 on what is now considered one of the highest grade undeveloped Carlin-Type deposits in Nevada. Chad holds a B.Sc. in Geology and Earth Sciences from the University of Manitoba and is a registered professional geologist with the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario (APGO) and a long-time member of the Geological Society of Nevada (GSN).
PETER HARDIE
Independent Director, CPA (CA)
Peter is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 21 years of finance, accounting, business development, government negotiation, construction and operations experience. Peter is currently the CFO of Equinox Gold and was previously the CFO of True Gold until it was acquired by Endeavour Mining. Before his time at True Gold, Peter spent 10 years at Nevsun Resources Ltd., where he progressed through various management positions and spent several years as Vice President of Finance and CFO. At Nevsun, Peter was involved in financing, construction and mine start-up, operations, government negotiations, and led all areas of finance, including treasury systems and reporting.
DUANE LO
CFO & DIRECTOR, CPA, CA
Duane is currently Chief Financial Officer of Ridgeline Minerals Corp and Entree Resources Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 15 years in the financing, management and administration of mining operations and development projects in Brazil, Africa, USA and other jurisdictions. He was recently CFO of Mason Resources, which was acquired by Hudbay in 2018 and prior to that, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Luna Gold Corp. and Corporate Controller for First Quantum Minerals Ltd. Mr. Lo was also employed at Deloitte in the assurance and advisory practice. He holds a Canadian Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
Lewis Teal
Independent Director, M.Sc., B.Sc. Geology
Lewis is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 35 years of global mineral exploration experience spanning North and South America, the Caribbean, Indonesia and southern China. Lewis worked with Newmont Mining Corporation in a variety of senior positions including, Sr. and Regional Exploration Geologist on the Carlin Trend mining District and NE Nevada (1991-99); Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager, Yanacocha mining district (2000 – 2006); South American / Caribbean Exploration Mgr. (2006-2010); Group Executive South American Exploration/ Early Stage Development (2011-2015). Lewis holds a Master of Science in Economic Geology and a Bachelor of Science in Geology, from the University of Texas at El Paso and has authored publications on various districts including the Carlin Trend, Nevada (2003) and Yanacocha mining districts, Peru (2010).
Mike Blady
Independent Director, B.Sc. Geology
Mike is currently the President, CEO & Director of Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. a Cu-Au explorer in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. He has over 10 years of experience in the senior management of numerous resources companies and is the principal and founder of Ridgeline Exploration and co-founder and Vice President of GTEC Holdings. Mr. Blady’s extensive experience managing public companies gives him an appreciation of the best industry practices with respect to financial risk control and disclosure. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Simon Fraser University.
